About Hotline Volunteers：

All hotline volunteers are required to participate in a series of practical training

Course content includes: basic emotional theory and understanding of emotional diseases, basic emotional counseling skills, crisis management, etc.

After completing the course, volunteers must pass the exam before officially become a hotline volunteer.

We regularly holds meetings and advanced training for hotline volunteers to improve skills and ensure service standards.
