Starting from 2006, JMHF has been providing professional counselling services to people who are emotionally disturbed. We aimed to find suitable help and treatment to those in needs as soon as possible to facilitate early recovery.

Each session lasts 50–60 minutes
Counsellor and Session Time Arrangement

Applicants cannot choose their counsellor. The Centre will match a suitable counsellor based on the applicant’s needs and situation.

Each counsellor has fixed service hours. Service users can only receive counselling during the counsellor’s designated time slots.
Fees

A nominal administrative fee of $300 per session will be charged for psychological counselling services.

Recipients of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) and individuals with financial difficulties may apply for “Waiver of Counselling Service Fee”. Approval will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Application Method

To apply for counselling services, please call 23012303. A hotline volunteer will first understand the applicant’s needs. If deemed suitable, an appointment will be arranged to match with a counsellor. You may also fill in the [form].

All applications must be made by the applicant in person via phone. Family members or friends cannot apply on their behalf (except for applicants under 18 years old).
