維護好情緒

當人怒火中燒,身邊人稍碰觸即被灼傷。社會常視動怒為失態表現,認定當事人會做出各種破壞行為。憤怒是人類的基本情緒,屬原生情緒,不能與暴力行為貿然等同。過度壓抑或肆意宣泄怒氣,皆不適宜,兩個極端中間實有一段過渡位置,只要適當拿捏,用心調整,既得憤怒的正面動力,又不會氣得累己傷人,如此健康之道,可慢慢學習掌握。
