Dr. Andrew Tang

 Dr. Andrew, a practicing psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the mental health and wellness of individuals. He has worked extensively with young people and working adults, teaching Psychology and Counselling related programs at universities, and training healthcare professionals in health counselling.  Dr. Andrew's approach emphasizes empowering the strengths of clients, recognizing unique coping strategies in challenging situations, and fostering better ways towards optimal living. 

Dr. Andrew specialize in Wellness Rejuvenation, Lifestyle Behavioral Change, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, NLP, Mindfulness, and Stress Management.

Charmaine Mok

Charmaine is a certified psychological counselor with over 1000 hours of clinical experience, dedicated to helping adults and seniors navigate life's challenges. She specializes in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), customizing wtreatment plans to address a wide range of concerns. Beyond individual therapy, Charmaine is also an accredited instructor of Mindfulness Programs, and has shared her expertise through mental health courses and lectures at universities, primary and secondary schools, and institutions.

Dr. Edwin Yau

With many years of experience in the field of clinical psychological service, Dr. Yau has dedicated his career to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including NGOs, schools, and private practice. His extensive training and expertise encompass a wide range of areas, including social, emotional, behavioral, psychological, and educational difficulties.

Dr Yau’s multifaceted expertise allows him to provide personalized and holistic care to his clients. He has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals across the lifespan and is committed to collaborating with clients to develop tailored interventions that address their specific needs.

Jessie Chiang

Jessie is a qualified professional with a Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance as well as a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is certified by the HKPCA as a counselor and possesses expertise in administering the MBTI® Step I and Step II assessments. Jessie aspires to utilize her counseling knowledge and skills to provide support to individuals during their transformative journey towards personal development and growth. She actively listens to clients who may be experiencing life crises and grief.

​Jessie specialized in CBT, Solution Focus, Grief, Family Therapy. 

Dr. Polly Liu

Dr. Polly currently practice as a clinical psychologist, provides psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups at private clinic and schools. She conducts workshops and lectures in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, counselling centers, business, and social welfare organizations, etc. Specialties include Parenting education, emotional coaching, mental health, social development, mood disorders and children and adolescent growth and development. She participated in suicidal prevention and home-school supportive mental health programs joined by the Department of Social Work and Administration of the University of Hong Kong,and Baptist University. She also acts as lecturer at Education University of Hong Kong provides psychological and educational skills for future teachers. She actively participates in various pro bono work, including volunteer services “Dancing with Depression Association" and "Love Our Kids Foundation.”  She also serves as honorable advisor in different Non-profit organizations to provide psychological support services for those in need.

 

Dr. Polly specialized in mood disorders, youth development, family.

Ted Wong

Ted has been providing counseling services for over ten years, working as a full-time counselor in various organizations. His expertise includes supervising hotline and emotional support personnel. At the outset of counseling, he focuses on building a trusting, therapeutic alliance with clients, helping to reduce their self-defense mechanisms. This initial step is followed by quickly and effectively addressing the core issues at a pace comfortable for the client. Through the process of discovery, review, and decision-making, clients often experience a sense of renewal as we uncover how crucial details or forgotten incidents affect their daily lives.

Ted uses various counseling methodologies, including the Satir Model, Bowen Theory, Narrative Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy (since May 2024). His focus areas include personal development across the lifespan, self-esteem, addictive behaviors/self-harm ideations, and intimacy and family relationships. 

TARGETED CLIENTS:Clients ranging from 4 years old to retirees around the age of 65.
